The range of Tecnosint Group products includes:
1. Resin bonded and sintered diamond abrasives used for grinding, honing and polishing natural and composite stones
Diamond abrasives have always been the signature product of Tecnosint Group’s tool production. The use of these products guarantees the achievement of the maximum possible gloss in the polishing process on each material. Thanks to the very high concentration of diamond in our products, the result is the accomplishment of a high gloss level and a very low final roughness on the machine surfaces.
By using Tecnosint Group diamond abrasives, companies can also operate with the lowest possible finishing costs. Since these products are exceptionally long lasting and reliable, the machines consume very little power (the working pressure is as low as possible due to the high removal capacity of our tools) and very little machining sludge is produced by our grinders.
2. Diamond brushes made of silicon carbide and rubber for the brushing of structured surfaces and not on natural and composite stones
Tecnosint Group Srl is the only company in the world capable of manufacturing both abrasive wires with different diamond or silica carbide concentrations and finished brushes in its plants; this means that the product can be customised to suit the material that needs brushing, the requested finish, the type of machinery used and the multiple customer requirements.
Three types of diamond wire are produced: “DIALON”, with a very high diamond concentration, “DIALON E”, with a high diamond concentration, “5CS” with a medium-high diamond concentration, in diameters of 1.8 and 1.2 mm.
The “Sic Black” silica carbide wire is produced with a very high abrasive concentration which varies between 2 to 0.8 mm in diameter, depending on the carbide particle size.
The diamond brushes are used to obtain satin-finished materials with silk effects, leather effects, velvet effects, caress effects and easy cleaning effects starting from flat surfaces. These products are also widely used on composite slabs of resin/quartz to brush the “ardesia” finish.
The silica carbide brushes are used on materials that have been previously sand blasted, bush-hammered or flamed and for honed finishes.
