With the introduction of increasingly homogeneous and compact glazes and grits, the demand for coarse and medium-grain tools with high removal capacity — which must remain consistent throughout the abrasive's lifespan — is also growing.

Tecnosint Group has developed a new "sintering" production technology that enables a completely homogeneous distribution of abrasive charges within the tool.

Our "ORION" series tools offer a constant removal capacity throughout the entire life of the abrasive (thus eliminating the need to increase pressure to compensate for the gradual loss of removal efficiency during processing), longer lifespan, resulting in lower costs, and a total absence of voids within the product.
